Shipping & Delivery Policy

• All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or official UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
• UAE Domestic Shipping: 1 to 3 business days across all Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah).
• Standard UAE Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout (or free delivery on eligible promotional offers).
• International Shipping: 3 to 7 business days for GCC countries (rates calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination).

3. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment directly with our courier partner.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For customers choosing Cash on Delivery within the UAE, our courier partner will contact you via phone or WhatsApp prior to delivery to confirm your availability and delivery address.
